Healthy Vibez CBD, a United States based company (“Seller”), sells products (the “Products”) to customers (“Buyer”) through different means. The terms and conditions (“T&Cs”) apply to all sales of the Products by the Seller to the Buyer, regardless of the means used to place the order.

By placing an order through any means, including orders placed through distributors, wholesalers, and third parties, the Buyer accepts these T&Cs. These T&Cs supersede any general terms and conditions of purchase that the Buyer may have, regardless of whether the Buyer has submitted its purchase order or any other document containing such terms. The fulfillment of the Buyer’s order by the Seller does not constitute acceptance of the Buyer’s terms and conditions in the order or elsewhere, and does not serve to modify or amend these T&Cs. If there is any inconsistency between these T&Cs and any other document submitted by the Buyer or exchanged by the Seller, including purchase orders, acknowledgments, requests for proposals, invoices, etc., these T&Cs shall control, even if the Buyer’s documents expressly limit acceptance to the use of the Buyer’s terms and conditions. These T&Cs and any basic order terms, such as the list of Products, quantity, UPC or item number, requested delivery date, price, billing address, and delivery location, constitute the entire agreement between the parties for any particular purchase of Products by the Buyer.

Prices for the Products are based on the most recent price list provided by the Seller, which the Seller may update at any time. You will reimburse the Seller for all expenses and costs incurred or expended by the Seller in enforcing any of its rights under these T&Cs and/or collecting any past due sums, whether a suit is commenced. You may not reduce any payment by any alleged discounts or other deductions without the Seller’s prior written consent. Furthermore, you are responsible for paying all applicable local, state, federal, use, sales, and excise taxes related to the purchase of the Products, as well as any state bottle deposits directly to the governing bodies with jurisdiction over such deposits. In the event that the Seller is required to pay any such taxes or other charges, the buyer will reimburse the Seller on demand.

Change Of Formulation

Seller may make any changes to the ingredients, formula, and manufacturing process of the Products as deemed appropriate without notice to Buyer. If Seller changes the ingredients, formula, or manufacturing process or discontinues the manufacture or sale of any Products, Seller has no obligation to make any such changes to Products previously ordered or to fill any Order for discontinued Products.

Terms Of Use

You need to be at least 21 years old to use this website. If you are not 21, you must leave the website immediately. You are responsible for determining whether you are of legal age to purchase the products available on this website.

Return Policy

Buyer shall inspect all Products and shipping documents upon delivery. No claim for non-conformity, defect, shortage, or damage will be valid or enforceable against Seller unless Buyer gives Seller written notice specifying the issue within 24 hours from the date that Buyer receives the Products. If any Products are non-conforming, the Seller will, at Seller’s option, replace them at no additional charge or reimburse the Buyer for the amount paid for such Products. No product can be returned or exchanged on the basis of a change of mind or any other discrepancies mentioned earlier.

Deals And Coupons

Healthy Vibez CBD offers multiple deals and coupons to its buyers. However, we can end any deal and coupon at any time, and you will not be able to claim it.

Fees And Payment Terms

You agree to pay all fees or charges to your account according to the billing terms in effect at the time the fee is due. By providing your credit card information, you authorize Healthy Vibez CBD to immediately invoice your account for all fees due. You must notify Healthy Vibez CBD of any changes in your billing address or credit card used for payment. Healthy Vibez CBD reserves the right to change prices and billing methods. You are responsible for paying any sales tax and related penalties or interest, and you will indemnify the company for any liability or expense incurred in connection with such taxes.
